How to Make Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti for about 12 minutes until firm to the bite. Drain.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown ground beef for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain grease. Add spaghetti sauce and mix.
Place half of the butter slices in the bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole dish. Layer half of the cooked spaghetti on top.
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream. Spread this mixture over the spaghetti layer.
Add the remaining spaghetti on top and cover with the remaining butter slices.
Pour the ground beef mixture over the top and spread it evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes. Add shredded Cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
Enjoy!
