Ingredients:
7g gelatin or agar agar, dissolved in 60ml water
400ml coconut milk
120ml water
50g unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions:
Prepare the Gelatin or Agar Agar:
- In a small bowl, dissolve 7g gelatin or agar agar in 60ml water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes to soften.
Heat the Coconut Milk Mixture:
In a medium saucepan, combine 400ml coconut milk and 120ml water.
Warm the mixture over medium heat (don’t boil). Add 50g unsweetened cocoa powder and whisk until smooth and well combined.
Incorporate Gelatin or Agar Agar:
- Once the coconut milk mixture is heated, stir in the dissolved gelatin or agar agar. Keep stirring until fully dissolved and the mixture starts to thicken.
Set the Dessert:
Pour the mixture into a glass dish or silicone molds. Use a spatula to smooth the surface if needed.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.

Once set, gently remove the dessert from the molds or slice it into squares if using a dish.
