These are to die for! My hubby loves grabbing these in the morning. He couldn’t believe it was just 4 ingredients

 


Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup of Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 large eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat and Prep:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin pan.

  2. Cook the Sausage:
    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and crumbly. Drain any excess fat.

  3. Mix the Batter:
    In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs. Stir in the Bisquick baking mix and shredded cheddar until combined into a smooth batter. Fold in the cooked sausage.

  4. Fill the Muffin Cups:
    Divide the batter evenly between the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.

  5. Bake:
    Bake for 20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  6. Cool and Serve:
    Let the muffins cool slightly, then remove them from the pan.
