Ingredients:


1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon active dry yeast

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/2 cup warm water

2 tablespoons olive oil (plus a little extra for cooking)

A pinch of salt

Instructions:


Step 1: Prepare the Dough

In a small bowl, dissolve the sugar in warm water. Add the active dry yeast and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes foamy.

In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil.

Mix until a smooth dough forms. If desired, add herbs, garlic, or cheese for extra flavor.
